The Chelsea has guest parking spots available if they are arriving by car to our seminar room in Hong Kong. However, please let us know in advance how many spots are needed along with our seminar/ workshop spaces for rent, as parking spots may be limited and based on availability.
If your guests are travelling by MTR to our workshop venue, simply instruct them to stop at the Sheung Wan MTR station and make their way to Exit A2. From there, it is only a 2-minute walk from the station to our workshop venue.

The C-Suite Lounge is a seminar and workshop space for rent that is available on an hourly, daily, and consecutive-day basis. Depending on your occasion and its duration, you can let us know what your preferred duration would be for our seminar rooms for rent. You have the option to rent our entire workshop venue space, or one or both of the conference rooms depending on the capacity of your gathering. Please do note that should your event require furniture arrangements, we will also allocate some time for setup. When hosting a gathering at C-Suite’s seminar room in Hong Kong, parking is available downstairs if needed. However, please note that parking spaces are limited and to let our team know in advance how many spaces need to be reserved at our workshop venue. We will try and make arrangements accordingly. Furthermore, at our seminar room rental we also have private female, male, and handicapped bathrooms available for use by guests. These bathrooms will be available to be used solely by your guests.

There is lounge seating available, foldable seating that can be arranged in any shape or form that you would like, for your seminar room in Hong Kong. Of course, we also have our conference rooms available in case you are looking for a more intimate seminar room rental or a smaller workshop venue.

Furniture inside The C-Suite Lounge can be removed or rearranged according to your specific workshop/ seminar room rental needs. If you would like all furniture to be removed, please inform our C-Suite team so we can give you a quotation for removal of furniture. Rearranging furniture in our seminar rooms for rent does not require any additional fees, and if you need extra seating, The C-Suite Lounge has enough seating to accommodate up to over 70 pax.
